Several of my former English students in Palu are trying to make a go of it offering their services as guides.   Properly the person with the most experience and the largest smile is Nurlin Djuni, a native of the Palu area.  Nurlin tells me that he is available to meet travellers to the region in Palu, Torajaland or Manado.  From there he will arrange trips to any number of locations throughout Central Sulawesi.  Nurlin has been making the visit of international travellers to Central Sulawesi more pleasant for a number of years, and with his ability in local languages and dialects, as well as English, I am sure he will make your trip more memorable too.  Contact him directly for more infomation and for help in planning your trip.
